Rotatory Grid Magnetic Separator
Our High-Intensity Magnetic Rotatory Grid Separator is specially designed to trap/separate fine iron contamination from sticky materials or materials with some amount of moisture content. These are widely used in Food, Chemical, and Pharma industries.
Working Principle:
The High-Intensity Magnetic Rotatory Grid Separator works on the principle of magnetic attraction and separation. The separator uses a high-intensity magnetic field to attract ferrous particles and separate them from non-ferrous particles.
The Rotatory Grid assembly is designed to prevent material from forming lumps or bridging, which can block the flow of material. The rotating grid assembly ensures that the material is constantly moving and prevents any blockages.
The high-intensity magnetic field generated by the magnetic rods is strong enough to attract even the smallest ferrous particles, ensuring efficient separation of ferrous and non-ferrous particles.

4. Ferrous Particle Separation:
The ferrous particles are attracted to the magnetic field and are separated from the non-ferrous particles.
5. Non-Ferrous Particle Discharge:
The non-ferrous particles are discharged from the separator through a separate outlet.
