How it Works
an OverBand Magnetic Separation Machine works:
Step 1: Material Flow
The material to be separated (such as iron ore, coal, or waste) flows onto a conveyor belt.
Step 2: Magnetic Field
A strong magnetic field is generated by the OverBand Magnetic Separation Machine, which is suspended over the conveyor belt.
Step 3: Ferrous Particle Attraction
The magnetic field attracts and captures ferrous particles (such as iron, nickel, and cobalt) from the material.
Step 4: Particle Separation
The ferrous particles are separated from the non-ferrous material as they are attracted to the magnetic field.
Step 5: Separated Material Collection
The separated ferrous particles are collected in a separate bin or container.
Step 6: Non-Ferrous Material Exit
The non-ferrous material, free from ferrous particles, exits the conveyor belt and continues to the next stage of processing.
