Working Principle
The Drawer Magnetic Separator works on the principle of magnetic attraction. The separator consists of a series of magnetic drawers that are placed under a hopper or a conveyor belt. As the material flows through the hopper or conveyor belt, the ferrous materials are attracted to the magnetic drawers and are separated from the non-ferrous materials.

How it Works
Drawer Magnetic Separator works:
Step 1: Material Feeding
The material to be separated is fed into the hopper or conveyor belt that is connected to the Drawer Magnetic Separator.
Step 2: Magnetic Field Generation
The Drawer Magnetic Separator generates a strong magnetic field, which is directed towards the material being fed.
Step 3: Ferrous Material Attraction
As the material flows through the hopper or conveyor belt, the ferrous materials (such as iron, steel, and nickel) are attracted to the magnetic field and are drawn towards the magnetic drawers.
Step 4: Ferrous Material Collection
The ferrous materials that are attracted to the magnetic field are collected in the magnetic drawers. The drawers are designed to capture and hold the ferrous materials, allowing the non-ferrous materials to pass through.
Step 5: Non-Ferrous Material Discharge
The non-ferrous materials that are not attracted to the magnetic field are discharged from the separator, free from ferrous contaminants.
Step 6: Ferrous Material Removal
The ferrous materials that are collected in the magnetic drawers can be easily removed and disposed of, allowing the separator to continue operating efficiently.
